« Our cabin was clean and for the most part nice as advertised. However, the blower motor on the heat pump/AC unit was bad causing the breaker to trip. It was pretty cool at night trying to sleep. I strongly suggest they fix this before Summer or it could be unbearably hot inside. There are some minor repairs that need to be made prior to the next rental. JMH »

« When I walked in the door I realized I would not be staying in this camper. It smelled heavily of cigarettes. I looked in the shower and it had standing water with insects floating in it. The couch was covered with animal hair and had burned places on it. Opened up a kitchen cabinet and roaches ran out from a bag of potatoes. The freezer was covered in mildew and heavily frost buildup. I did NOT stay there. Informed owner and he said cleaning lady must have not cleaned it. No refund was sent...

« Can't say enough good things about this host. No matter what happens, they go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. The cabin was clean, lots of little snacks and goodies, the listing was accurate. No issues. Happy I stayed here, and I would stay here again. Try the Dale Hollow 1 Stop BBQ, get the mayo slaw and ribs. Also head into KY for the Big South Fork Scenic Railway if you like trains. The drive alone is beautiful in the fall. »

« My family of three stayed in this cabin for a week to visit family. It was just like the pictures showed. Very clean, small but not uncomfortable. I will say the king sized bed is not really a bed. It is a 3 or 4 inch memory foam topper for a king sized bed in the loft. No problem for kids but a little too thin to be comfortable for most adults. Also, we needed to bring our own sheets which could be a problem if you don't already have the sizes needed here. Lots of chairs for sitting around...
