« Could not get over the view. The resort was gorgeous and the balcony showed it all including the beach. The room was basic but fit our needs. Plenty of towels for the two of us for beach and home. The pool and hot tub were great. The beach on the property was not great. Not for swimming, but nice to walk down and listen to from our room. Did not love the resort daily parking fee. It was as much as our car rental and because the property was secluded you had to pay it. Location was great tho....

« Beautifully decorated well stocked home, wide open kitchen & living room, great amenities. Washer & dryer and A/C in every room was a real plus. Close to town & shops. A real shame trees too overgrown to really see the water from the balcony, would have been nice to enjoy. Homeless nearby never bother. Overall pleasant stay »

« This is our third time staying at Kappa Sands with our small family. We absolutely love it. The beach is perfect for young kids, walk down the beach and the surf is perfect for riding waves. The pool is as always an attraction. We have family meals with all the kitchen appliances you need and a big refrigerator. The life is so sweet at at our little piece of aloha. »

« Host was very prompt with responses to questions throughout the entire process. House was extremely clean and had everything needed to cook and enjoy the multiple lanais while watching the sun go down with a cocktail in hand. Plenty of space to spread for our group of three couples or to be together in a common living room. Lots of stairs, but well lit and worth every step. Would definitely recommend for adults looking for a quality place to explore the island! »

« We have been to Kauai several times but found Ohana House at Fern Grotto to be the best yet. The house was fully stocked with all the amenities, the grounds were beautiful, the additional water equipment and bikes were a huge bonus. The location was great too. Highly recommended. »

« très belle emplacement près de la mer mais non baignable. situé entre le côté Nord et sud de Kauai. le condo n’a pas d’air climatisé mais les fenêtres ouvertes il y a un bon vent et un bon ventilateur! »

« The location is great, close to the airport, hiking trails and beach. Room is nice and clean. Check in and out was easy as was communication. No early check-in though...per front desk they need to stick to check-in time privided by owner, not really a big deal, just thought some people may find that helpful. Thank you and Mahalo! »
