« Beautiful view from the breakfast area. My room did not have electricity all during the day. The bathroom had no door just a ripped shower curtain. The shower didn’t work. It took 4 staff members coming in every 5 minutes to figure out the shower and by the time they showed us it was time to check out. »

« The staff at Emmaus is what keeps us coming back. They are just very kind and help in any way that they can. The bed is comfortable and the room is kept very clean. The quiet was so appreciated and the location was great. We were able to walk to many of our meeting places and it was very easy to get an UBER ride to/from anywhere. Enjoyed it. »

« The place was horrible, light in the toilet was not working and no mirror. The place is very noisy, no WIFI and breakfast was just toast and jam. »

« Very bad acces road especially after rain. Away from main road and any big shop. Breakfast was always late and room next to kitchen is a nightmare. No night time so no good sleep for you (noises). Owners are friendly but they need to be more serious about guests. No hot water in shower. Heater broken? No bin bags. Doors and windows are not soundproof like stated on www. Good view on the city may compensate above issues. I would come back but this time only on top floor. »

« I book online and when I reach the girl didn't know what to do. because I was tired I promised to pay cash. After paying she lost the money somewhere and she start accusing me that I have taken the money. I ask her to give the number of the manager she refused. After I got the number myself from internet and I called. to request to be refunded my money. the boss apologies and she went and she got the money and pays me. It took us 1 hour at the reception »

« If you like space, you'll love these big rooms! We were picking up supplies for our village school and the staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to assist us. Even storing some small furniture and boxes for us until our truck arrived. They were really great. »
