« Fishing and hiking was goal. First day beautiful early fall day about 73 and partly sunny. Caught a few bass and enjoyed the beautify lake that had little development and hope it stays that way! Cabin was perfect for location with so many other lakes to explore if bringing own boat, kayak or canoe. Hiking trails and Chippewa National Forest is awesome! »

« My husband and I stayed for two nights with our dog. We really enjoyed the how secluded the property was. The drive in was beautiful, we saw plenty of wild life with the bonus of the fall colors starting to appear. Our main goal was to fish, we were surprised / excited that this property had a small row boat you can use outside. (Just bring your trolling motor). Grave lake is has great fishing. We would love to come back. »

« Snuggled amongst gorgeous trees with stunning views of the lake is the perfect place to stay with not only with your family but your friends entire family as well. Comfy beds, great gathering and eating spaces - we never felt crowded. Our dog loved every moment. Anything needed was already there. Great time was had by all enjoying the outdoor spaces along with the pool table, darts and shuffle board. Can't wait to stay again! »

The only reason I gave a 4/5 on the accuracy of the listing is that I didn’t see (or maybe just missed it) that there are many stairs to go up/down to get to the home from the car. It is very close to an intersection, so easy to find, however it does have traffic noise,(ear plugs are provided on the night stand next to the bed). There are blackout blinds on the windows.
