Not all of the bathrooms were perfectly cleaned but overall everything was very nice and tidy. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a great spot to stay in St. Simons! »

« We had 5 generations of family stay/meet up at this gorgeous home. The pool area is a huge highlight, and the kitchen has all the essentials you will need. « Location is so close to beach! Clean with a large living room area. Kitchen is large and great for cooking!! Loved the big window that opens to pool. Hot tub and pool were amazing for a big crowd. Our only issue was hot tub and pool were cold for two days even though we paid for heat. Great vacation! »

It was perfect for the six of us, would have been tight for 8. I rated it four stars because there was major construction going on next door that woke us up at 7:30 a.m. and impeded our ability to enjoy the space. « Our host thought of everything for our beach stay at St. Simons Island. From a wonderful welcome basket to brand new beach chairs for the whole family, there were plenty of thoughtful niceties that the owner certainly did not have to include, but went above and beyond to do so. The condo is located in a great area that is a short drive to the beach and to restaurants/shopping. The condo itself is beautiful! Very clean and welcoming for our family. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend! »

« The house is even more beautiful in person. It is clean, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The host has thought of everything you might need. We had so much fun in the backyard grilling and roasting marshmallows around the fire pit. The beach was a short walk filled with many wildlife sightings. The dogs loved the yard and beach too! It was so nice they were welcomed with their own area in the kitchen with bowls waiting for them! »

« A group of five of us came down for a few nights. There was plenty of room for us all! It was very conveniently located as we were able to walk to the beach and various restaurants. The place was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The host was easy to reach and extremely welcoming. I would highly recommend this place! »

« Stayed in this house last year and loved it. This year it is evident that house needs some TLC, such as grout broken in shower, dusty ceiling fans and bathroom vents, and roaches in the kitchen cabinets. Please put out some bait and remedy this problem. »

« Good location/neiborhood. Loved furniture with plenty of sleeping/ living space. Nice to have fenced in backyard. Fur and sand just needed to be cleaned better. One of grandkids kept sneezing, from animal fur , i think.overall a nice stay. »

« Internet and cable issues as mentioned by several others. Maybe this is a SSI issue rather than a property specific issue since we stayed on SSI earlier in the year and had the same problem with another property (not associated with Lilmar). Very clean, nice neighborhood, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen, and prompt communication with Lilmar (they did their best to resolve the issue). I think this will be our last visit to SSI - but don’t let this stop you if communication with the outside...

« We had a wonderful stay for Mother's Day weekend. we loved the location and the condo had everything we needed. We loved that there were Menu's to the local restaurants. This helped make our decisions for dinner much easier, especially since this was our first time to SSI. We enjoyed this condo so much and plan on coming back next year. »
