« My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our two-day stay. The house was immaculate and contained everything we needed. The livestock (two highland cows) enthralled my 3-year-old grandson as did the trampoline. While the location is a little out of the way the property, house and amenities are well worth the journey. »

« Meredith and Chris are amazing and very hospitable hosts. The cottage was the perfect location to rest, relax and unwind from busy everyday life. Very spoilt receiving home made brownies, jam and sourdough bread. Appreciated all those extra things like butter curls, freshly baked goods, fridge and pantry items and firewood. We felt very relaxed and welcome at little bird cottage. »

The accommodation itself was warm, clean and had an amazing view. The attention to detail within the cottage didn’t go unnoticed, even the abundance of treats in the fridge. « Amazing serene location. Perfect to detoxify from City life. Love the rainforest, love the cabin location, love that all you hear are bird singing. Plenty of activities to do around. A lot of easy hiking trails that leads to beautiful water falls. Cabin have everything you may need. »

« Cute, clean tidy with all modern amenities for an older cottage. Close 2 minute walk to beach, wild life amazing and surprisingly friendly. Neighbours are very nice and all residents are very friendly and make you very welcome to their island. Bowls club has awesome lunches with free pick u and drop off curtesy bus. Simply Devine »
