« This property and cottage was even better than we expected! Jeff was always available and answered all questions promptly. The greenhouse and sunroom, (that overlooks the river) seemed to have healing powers! The entire cottage offered so many opportunities to recharge that you don't feel a need to 'go somewhere ' or 'do something '. Thank you, Jeff for sharing your wonderful home away from home with us. »

« This is a great house in a quiet neighborhood. The views of the lake were amazing! The pictures don't do it justice. We were very pleasantly surprised by how spacious the great room was and how much seating was available. Likewise the deck was a pleasant surprise with both comfy cushioned furniture as well as firmer chairs. Something for everyone and just a great place to hang out with lovely breezes from the lake. I contacted the host once for something I could not find and she responded...

« We stayed here for a family wedding in Janesville, and it could not have been better. Everyone had fun out by the river or just relaxing in the house. The pictures are accurate, it’s a big beautiful Wisconsin cabin. Brian and Daniel were extremely responsive to any questions we had, and even shipped some shoes that I left there back to me! We could not have been happier with our stay, and would rent this house again without question. »

« We stayed in mid October for a marching band tournament in Whitewater. It was a perfect location to return to in between shows, and after the show. The property was very clean and Mike was easy to communicate with. There is plenty of seating in the main room for lots of people. We grilled out one night on the gas grill and it was nice to take walks in the safe, quiet neighborhood. »

« We rented this place to visit family in Madison and attend a ren faire. It was great as we were looking for a small place with a full kitchen to cook. Neat touches with the Alexa with song and light recommendations. We enjoyed the living room white board - played lots of Pictionary. Our group was myself, my daughter, and my sister. The basement den made a great third bedroom. I might recommend a pull out couch. »

« Our stay at the Pink Acorn was amazing! Kelly truly makes her guests feel welcome. She left a sweet note and lovely treats. The house is stocked with everything you need and was exceptionally clean. The beds are super comfortable and have nice cozy blankets. Am added bonus was seeing rabbits and chipmunks in the backyard. Kelly leaves directions to walk to the beach around the corner and it’s a must do…and make sure to grab some ice cream at the shop across from the park. »

« The lake house was a perfect home base for our group of 10 college friends. There was plenty of space across all 3 floors. We parked our pontoon at the end of the dock, enjoyed the firepit and charcoal grill, and loved all the lawn toys/games that were already on the property. The house is also a short drive to some local haunts like Lake Ripley Inn, Cash & Olives, and Mink Farm. »
