« When we arrived at William's property we were so happy that we had booked it. It was absolutely perfect for our family. Plenty of space, close to the beach and strip of Bondi, bus in both directions outside and a Nespresso Machine. The communication from William before and during our stay was really appreciated and he was making sure we had everything we needed. The property was nice and spacious for us with a nice big washing machine and plenty of drying space. We cooked breakfast each morning...

« This little cozy studio style cottage was perfect. Fun, inviting, cosy and immaculately set up and beautifully styled with everything you could think of included, and thought out for you. The weather wasnt favourable for our stay so we unfortunately didnt get to use the outdoor space as much as we would have, but it looks perfect for quiet entertaining with the available furniture, lights and music. However, inside was just as beautiful and had plenty of options to keep us busy and engaged....

« The place was great, clean, and in an awesome neighbourhood. The hosts got back to me quickly and we had a lovely time. There are plenty of coffee shops and bars near by. Only thing I would mention is that the main floor bathroom is a bit of a "Harry Potter" closet - didn't give us any problems but something to note! Parking on the street can be tricky... but that's Sydney! »

« A lovely house with all that you would need, we especially liked the room at the end of the garden. North Sydney is not a place for those who don't like hills, but we would stay again »

« We loved our mini break at House on a Rock - the house is lovely, the location incredible - amazing views of this beautiful part of the world. The location does mean access is tricky - challenging when you arrive with luggage and provisions for your stay. Not such an issue for us and the kids but it was not the easiest for my 85 year old Mother!! We all agree - House on a Rock was worth the effort. All in all - this is a special place and we hope to return. »

« A very quiet accommodation near to restaurants, the university, and easy to use transit accessing all the great sites of Sydney. The building is an interesting old structure with a leafy green back yard space. We could dash over the footbridge to the university’s coffee shop for an early latte and banana bread. The third room is quite small and the bathroom needs more hooks to hang things. The place was adequately clean but could use a good deeper cleaning.,That said, I would definitely stay...

« We stayed over Easter-4 adults and 2 young children. There was plenty of room for all of us. The pool and fire pit were great. Location is good. We could walk to the ferry and RSL and shops. Would definitely stay there again »

« Unique and serene waterfront location in the middle of Ku-rin-gai National Park, wonderful 2 story accommodation with a great vibe. One of the more special places where we have ever stayed. »

« This place was just perfect for a long weekend staycation. Close enough to the beach, shops, cafes etc. My only gripes were not enough coat hangers (only 2) and the courtyard was full of leaves and could have been swept prior. Otherwise all good...👍 »

« The good: Property is nicely renovated on the ground floor. The location is great - close to the Rocks and Circle quay. The neighborhood is full of nice little restaurants and bars. The bad: Heat! There is no air conditioning (which is correctly not listed as an amenity). There some small in effective fans and a small floor cooling unit on the ground floor (which barely moves the slightly chilled air it creates). Even opening windows to try to allow for a cross draft did not cool the...

« Excellent location. Comfy beds. Cleanliness was disappointing. Needs a good deep clean. »

« We loved the old style building. We didn’t love hauling our suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. There’s only air conditioning in one bedroom, no where else in the house. Only one hair dryer to share between six people. No salt in salt shaker. We requested these items but didn’t receive them. »

« Service à l’accueil excellent! Pour l’horaire du check-in et gestion du taxi 👍 Par contre le logement mediocre. Un carton pour remplacer 2 pieds cassés du lit… le 2nd lit en clic clac très médiocre. Et niveau cuisine: portes défectueuses, pas assez de couvert pour 4 persinnes (alors qu’il est loué pr 4), etc… Un sérieux manque de suivi d’entretien, rien avoir avec les belles photos de leur site…dommage ! »
