« We knew we were in for a lovely stay at the Cottage, but when we arrived, we were blown away by the hospitality and attention to detail. We don’t want to spoil any surprises for anyone wanting to stay here, but trust us when we say that everything was thoughtful and enjoyable. « We had a relaxing, wonderful stay at this property. The owners, Ted and Sharon, were a pleasure to work and visit with. This is a cute, quaint home with an ideal location for doing things around Lancaster and surrounding smaller towns. In the evenings we would sit out in the front yard and watch the sunset as the horse and buggies would pass by. There are plenty of eating establishments nearby and a wonderful ice cream/homemade pretzel shop just down the road. We look forward to returning for...

« I do not know what is more inviting the hosts or the home. Everything is so well planned out they have all your needs thought of in advance. The location is an exceptionally beautiful residential area, and it is right next to the train stop. You can roll out of bed and be on a ride to Philly in minutes. « We really enjoyed our weekend at the property. There was a small issue with our code not working on the door when we arrived, but this was quickly resolved by the property manager and later on, the property owner dropped by to ensure we were settling in okay and to personally apologize for the inconvenience. We really enjoyed the personal touches and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice, quiet property with great amenities and responsive management. »

« This was my first VRBO rental and I was not disappointed. The guest cottage was beautiful and there was music playing and fresh cut flowers to add to the welcome ambience. Everything was perfect except for perhaps some difficulty navigating the TV electronics that we were not interested in watching anyway. It was very pet friendly without additional charges. « Greatly enjoyed our visit to this comfy and cozy home. Owner has tastefully decorated and provided thoughtful amenities throughout (smart tv, grill, small appliances, w/d). Beds were super cozy with perfect firmness and pillows. Beautiful backyard with lush grass. Nice, thoughtful neighbor. Only comment is for mobility impaired guests; there is a large flight of stairs to get to the bedrooms and no walk-in shower - just small, freestanding tub. »
