“Great experience”

The room was kept very clean each day, staff wasvery friendly and will to help. I would definetly stay there again. The only think Ifound in my room I could not get the A/C to get really cold, but that is just me i like it really cold in the room, but this will not deter me from staying again

“Clean and Easy :)”

This is a small family style run hotel with only about 16 to 20 rooms. Rooms are clean but cozy-small. Nothing fancy but close to everything. This is a great stay if you just really need a place to fall at night and have a nice pool to swim in and an outside area to relax or read a book in. We did not try out the resturant there but they were always willing to provide us with what ever we asked for. Very polite and accomendating. If you are looking for all the ammenities of an all inclusive type stay, this is not for you but it does provide all the neccesities. For the price I would stay here again. We enjoyed our stay in Cozemel and here at this hotel over the Christmas weekend of 2011.

“Clean and convenient”

Less than a 10-min walk from the ferry, this is a convenient place to stay for a night or two. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly. I would stay here again as it was good value for money.

“Go for it”

We chose this hotel because of its location and the very low price. It's five blocks from the ferry port and within three blocks of the very touristy area. The receptionist was on the phone with a personal call when we arrived, and she continued her conversation for a few minutes before bothering to attend to us. We didn't have much more interaction with any hotel staff. It was nice to be a little bit away from the touristy area (yet still very, very close to it) in order to find cheaper (more authentic) restaurantes and get a better feel for what life is like for Cozumel locals.

“downtown stay”

the hotel was very clean and you would see people the halls and stairs daily. the A/C was fantastic, they ask that you shut it off when your'e out and when we came after a day of shopping &eating, it only took a few minutes to the room nice and cool.
