« Our stay was amazing. 1st our Hostess was in contact by telephone before we arrived. Her hospitality was wonderful. The property has an amazing security set up and we felt safe. « The listing states that it sleeps 14 but I was told that there is an additional visitor fee after 6 people AFTER I had paid in full on a non- refundable listing. The two lower levels flooded and NO ONE responded to my calls or texts. If the owner/ manager didn’t like the comments or questions that I asked of her she would not respond. « Had a few small issues that were qmcommunicated with the property manager on our arrival. They were not able to correct the issues before my stay ended but it was a minor inconvenience and the property manager communicated that they could not fix the problem quickly. To me, communication was handled so promptly that it didn't matter. Besides the lake, the views each morning, and the cleanliness of the overall property made a great week to come home each night after working in the area all day....

« Eagle Ranch Estate is one of the best family vacation rentals we have ever stayed at. First, there was room for everyone for sleeping. That is so important for a big family (18 members). « Nice and clean and great communication from host. I would suggest stocking the bathrooms with more towels. One per person for a 3 day stay is not enough. Conferences do not give a person a lot of time to wash towels. They are cheap and no reason not to have at least double that. Thanks »

« I booked this property for a birthday dinner and party. The game/living room is perfect for socializing - aside from the pool table and arcade games theres Jenga, cards and connect4 too. The back patio was great for the smokers. Our dinner was outdoors - the backyard isn't leveled in most areas and faces the main road so we opted to setup on the side of the house instead. We didn't use the hot tub but we looked at it and it seemed pretty clean. I wish there was a few more amenities available...
