However, we felt like price we paid was a bit premium for the lackluster service provided by vacasa. For example, we were only provided 2 dishwasher packs for 5 days and were told vacasa is not a hotel by their service and we had to buy our own. « The chalet was perfect for a ski vacation. Very short distance to the free shuttle that took us up the mountain. The host was quick to reply when we had a problem with the coffee maker and she immediately brought a new one only after we figured out our error with the coffee maker. Would highly recommend this property for anybody that wanted to have a great time. »
