« We were in Unit 3. 2nd level on the road side. During the day you could hear road noise but who cares when sitting on the beach. Evenings were very quiet. We stopped in Ft Meyer's and loaded up on groceries so we barely spent a penny once there. The property is directly on the beach. We watched the dolphins from the screened in lanai. « This place was just renovated so everything was new and pristine. While it’s not directly on the beach it’s a short walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and a grocery store nearly across the street. We brought our bikes and adventured around the island. Saw lots of shells and dolphins. Thank you. »

« This is a really nice little place very close to the beach. Check-in was easy, as was the check-out process. We loved how secluded we felt but also how close the house was to restaurants and the shops on the main road. We rented bikes but didn't need them as walking was a much easier option. The house was in decent condition. As it is a rental property I don't really expect perfection, but the things that mattered to us were clean sheets and towels, both of which this house had. « This Captiva home has a sensational location-on the bay with pool and spa yet only a five min walk to Gulf beaches. Moreover, it’s only a 10 min walk to the shops and restaurants in Captiva. We loved our stay here. The home has a great design so that the bedrooms and bathrooms are on separate sides of the house so it was perfectly private. We will be back! »
