« A group of friends and I were on a spring break trip out west and stayed in this amazing house. Everything was renovated and very nice and cleanly. The house had lots of rooms and beds to sleep everyone and had a bunch of cool retro game machines. The kitchen was very open and had lots of space for multiple people to use at the same time. The backyard has a nice deck and yard to utilize as well. The owner was very quick to respond when I had questions for him and was very willing and helpful....

« The accommodations were very neat and clean. This was a perfect place to stay for our Red Rock concert. It was easy access to the highway so we could transport to & from Denver, and a short drive from the Red Rock venue. The only thing missing were a few amenities. We hadn’t brought bath soap & shampoos as our previous VRBO hosts had provided that. A few extra blankets to cuddle up in would have been nice. For the price, cleanliness, and location, this place is lovely. »

« Three of us women stayed at the house for a 3-day conference in Denver. Overall, it was fine. You can tell the owner is doing much work to improve the home. The beds were very comfortable, and the house's aesthetic was lovely. There were some strong cons, though. When we arrived, there were two face clothes, three hand towels, and three body towels, and no soap or shampoo as listed. The owner quickly replaced these items the next day with new items from the store. Half of the lightbulbs...

« This is a lovely and surprisingly quiet little spot. My spouse and I enjoyed getting some much needed peace and quiet but we also enjoyed exploring the surrounding neighborhood. Plenty of places for dining and entertainment within a few blocks of the house. »

« The Vrbo is exactly as it looks on the listing. It's clean and the beds are comfortable and the shower is lovely. It was the perfect location for us going to graduation festivities at Regis. When we needed to contact the host, he answered right away and was really friendly and receptive. The only suggestions I have are very minor. It would be nice to have at least one more mirror in the house. Also some more glassware or some wine glasses would be nice. All in all a very nice place. »

« We hit the rare spring snowstorm and it was unexpected but awesome. Beautiful views with and without the snow, which eventually melted. Not far from Evergreen for dining and groceries. Lots of great trails very close - if you are flatlanders like us I recommend the Panorama Point trail just east of downtown Evergreen. The place has everything you need and is very comfortable. Had to call the contact one time and he was very helpful. No issues. »

« We had a bit of trouble upon arrival, but the host went out of her way to get to the home quickly and fix the issue. Following that, the stay was pleasant and we even almost booked an additional night, but ended up going to Colorado Springs. Kids had a blast in the backyard, we saved a ton of money on food making use of the fully stocked kitchen, enjoyed the variety of games they had available, and the location was absolutely amazing.
