« Gorgeous modern home! The owner was super easy to talk to and reasonable. No cleanliness issues at all. Although the functionality of the outdoor built-in speakers during grilling or ceiling speakers for films would have added to the experience, it did not impact the overall excellence of our stay. « The property itself is very nice and modern. The entire property was clean and well maintained. The property is also very quiet. No noise from upper floors or outside. The room was nice but, wasn’t very big. The size was for ok 2 people but, would be cramped for more than that. The room views aren’t great but, for the price, it’s tolerable. It’s about a 10 minute trip to downtown St Joe, which isn’t bad. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. »
