« House was great for a large group. Plenty of room for everyone to visit and nice big kitchen. Beautiful property, great location for Medford, Jacksonville and Central Point shopping and restaurants. However, there is not enough bedding or towels for 12 people. Towels had to be washed daily and there are no extra blankets for the couches that had to be used to accommodate 12. And total bummer that when we were there the hot tub was not working. »

« Everything was great! More than enough room and great amenities for kids and the 6 adults that met at the house. The yard and hot tub were fantastic! I just wish there was a map or directions on how to get to the waterfall and pond. We were not sure if we could go through the gate to get to them. »

« This large home worked well for our family group of eight adults and two children. It is definitely a work in progress as stated in the description. The remodeled kitchen and finished areas are great and it could be really fabulous when the rest of the house and pool area are finished. « Had a great time. Nice that it was in walking distance to town. Never drove once. Beds very comfortable. The only thing was a rug in front room. It was coming up on the edge of living room. We kept tripping. It should be replaced before someone falls and gets hurt. Otherwise great place to stay. We would stay again. »
