"We stayed 3 nights, and had a great time. Everything was as described in the listing. The sun porch was nice, and really loved the coffee bar. We stayed when it was very warm for this time of year and the upstairs window air conditioner was a life (sleep) saver! Don't hesitate to book this property."

"This property and cottage was even better than we expected! Jeff was always available and answered all questions promptly. The greenhouse and sunroom, (that overlooks the river) seemed to have healing powers! The entire cottage offered so many opportunities to recharge that you don't feel a need to 'go somewhere ' or 'do something '. Thank you, Jeff for sharing your wonderful home away from home with us."

"I was kind of nervous about booking a place with little to no reviews. Pulling up to the house you’re not expecting much as the outside and yard it a little run down. The inside was clean and updated. Location was super convenient for checking out the state park and there’s a nice beach right down the street. Only other downside is the trains right across the street. Everything you need for a weekend of exploring. Kids had a great time. I would recommend this place to anyone."

"We loved this property. We had 5 adults and 2 kids, 7 and 10 years old. One of the adults and the 2 kids hung out at the house while 4 of us hiked many miles of the Ice Age Trail. The kids joined us for a few miles at the Dells of the Eau Claire and then went back to the property to play and hang out. We had a fire in the fire ring, played croquet, and ladder golf. The house was immaculate. Highly recommended!"

"My brother and I came up for a fishing trip and needed something simple. The cottage was as described. The only issue was trying to open the wrong lockbox to get the key but was quickly resolved."

"Had a great stay at the Harbor House cottage! We were in town for a half marathon at Peninsula Park which was less then two miles! The place was clean and felt welcoming! We will be back in the future and will hopefully have a chance to use the kayaks, fire pit and gazebo all available for use!!!!"

"Nice cabin, lots of extras. Right on the lake. Lots of birds and woodpeckers. Had a problem with heat instructions- when we got there it was rainy and cold. Had to get in touch with Jason. He told us how to turn the heat on after we sat in the cold for four hours! Next 2 days weather was per. Would recommend and would stay again!"
