I do not recommend this resort at all. Yes it is cheap, however the rooms are dirty, damage, and stink. The staff is rude. The food was terrible. It was honestly a waste of money

Had a group of 5 with 3 rooms. Had to get new rooms. First room, musty, dirty, no pillows, shower broke, phone not working. Second room, cockroch, broken outside door, broken toilet. Third room, no ac and dirty. Moved to 3 rooms on premium side. Much better besides toilets took a couple flushes, very poor water pressure and in one room water would randomly pour out of bathroom ceiling! Ensure you get reservations for evening meals.. did find a pizza place that saved our lives! The buffet is rough! But if you like hotdogs/ canned sausage its right up your alley! The pools were nice, beach was great, and the staff minus the maintenance guys were awesome!

The resort is beautiful on the outside. The beach was spotless with no seaweed and the color was turquoise. It was see through! Issues: they make you sign a “Non-Responsible for theft from the room and safe box” we were scared to get robbed at that point. Strange I’ve never seen that before and this is my 10th time at a resort in DR. 2-the buffet. The food is horrible. The best thing we ate were the churros. Even the rice is old. I was scared to try the meat because the color was off and it looked dyed. The room is outdated which is acceptable but the toilet didn’t work and the water stinks up the room with a mildew smell. The AC is so weak it’s non existent. We liked the pool because of Alfrendy and the girls. They had fun games and made it worth while to be in the pool. The pool is spotless and so is the greenery they are constantly cleaning it. Overall I would stay here again because of the ocean alone. I got my money worth by having the pizza for lunch and the restaurant options for dinner.

AC and fan did not work Finally got a room changed after five days and we were leaving on our seventh day. Multiple maintenance people came to our room and said they will be back and never came back to fix the fan This one on for five days we wasted a lot of time going back-and-forth to the service stack and got nowhere I would not recommend this resort
