I paid approximately 2,900 US dollars including plane tickets for 2 ppl. This resort is not a 5/5 star resort. Or a 9/10 stars as shown on expedia's website for it. Alot of the staff there were not overly very friendly towards Americans, although we tipped cash almost everytime we got a drink or food. They advertise you have 10 restaurants all inclusive but only allow you to reserve a table 24 hours in advance before 3 pm or your stuck eating at the buffet (1 of 2) in the resort for all three meals. So I paid approximately 1,000 dollars to eat at a buffet? I would go to Mexico resorts and was allowed to eat whereever and make reservations the same day for dinner! Also the drinks in Mexico were dressed up prettier if you ordered a margarita you would get it with salt or a spicy salt mixture.To Americans! This resort barely had any americans staying there. So if you think you will get to know other guests, most of them spoke other languages. Staying in Mexico we met several guests that were american that spoke fluent english. I wasnt expecting that! Not that it is necessary but it would be more fun. So if you do decide to go here bring friends! Scam alert!! This resort allows Royal Holiday Vacations in their resort and they have a desk up front. The advertise a free gift in our room that you have to come to the front desk to get. ITS A TRAP. Do not go there. They also drive around the resort, hassling you. Just say you got the gift and they stop. Its a timeshare waste of time!!

Not to the international level of 5 stars. Very limited entertainment provided. The location of the hotel is in a very sketchy place. Too many do and don't. Our first two night was horrible, the AC didnt work. Went to lobby and they said they will tech bit his never happen. Had to go again to the lobby and discuss with them just to change my room. Hotel is has a premium areas which as normal customer you cannot access which is unfair to others customers. Premium are closed to the beach while other tou have to walk a lot as the property is huge. Limited choice of food. Difficulty to communicate as most staff speak only spanish. The sea and beach is great though. Spent a nice time but too many red flags and frustration especially for the price we paid.

It was alright. Not too fancy. Food wasn’t great but just merely edible. To say the least, I wasn’t looking forward to my meals from our 2nd day. The staff was alright but the bartenders were experts at ignoring and giving a blind eye and deaf ear to you even after tipping them handsomly.
