The inn boasts beach access several times on their website. We were given a map of the property when we checked in that showed a path to beach access from the inn. We didnt find out until after checking in, and trying to walk down the path, that it was boarded up "Private Property". We talked to the front desk and were told that there was a recent dispute over property and so inn residents no longer had beach access. The website is misleading and incorrect. It demonstartes a certain level of either laziness or intent to mislead by not uodating their website to accurately reflect the change in ammenities, nor update the map of the property. We will not be staying here again. Had we know about the lack of beach access, we would have chosen to stay elsewhere and paid the same room rate.

I’ve stayed at Juniper Hill Inn before and have never been disappointed. Very convenient to lots of great spots—Marginal Way, Perkins Cove, Ogunquit Playhouse, the beach, shops and restaurants.

Beautiful motel with nice grounds, clean and comfortable beds and rooms, easy parking, a nice main lobby, porch with rocking chairs, indoor pool, and small fitness room. Staff are very pleasant and helpful.
