Very clean and modern from the moment you walk in the hotel to your room. Everything was immaculate. The front desk staff were quick to check us in and they were very welcoming and helpful. We loved our room and the amenities. The entire hotel room was absolutely spotless. Super comfortable bed and especially the pillows. I normally bring my Chromecast so I can watch Netflix before bed, but was pleasantly surprised by a Smart TV so it wasn't needed. I'm giving this a 4 star rating and not a 5 because the night before our check out, I called the front desk to request a late check-out time, they said the latest they can offer is 1pm which we agreed to and was then told it's all set. The following day we received a call a few minutes after 12pm to ask when we were planning on checking out. I explained that I requested a late check-out just last night, but apparently no note was left. We had a hectic day and a late night so we were hoping to sleep in as much as we could until we had to make a long drive back home. We were abruptly woken up by the phone call unfortunately. We went down to check-out and the front desk staff did tell us a note was left about the request and they didn't see it until after calling us. Just a minor case of disorganization. Other than that our overall stay was comfortable.

Everything was very good, but my only complaint was that the beds were pretty hard and uncomfortable. The Holiday inn (Vaughan) the beds were much softer then this one.

Hotel was very nice and clean, check in was super quick and easy, the only issue I had was with some people having a party outside of my room in the area behind the hotel but the sound was easily negated with headphones

I like this property for its quiet rooms. We did stay on a Wednesday night so there were no teams but it was so nice and quiet! Breakfast was good. Ran out of bacon and sausage but just had to wait 10 or so minutes for them to re-fill. Overall, I would stay here again as the beds were so comfy and the rooms extremely quiet.
