The location was very nice and there is a nice view of the water. However, our room had 3 broken lights and did not come with a mini fridge. There were stains on the floor and the walls were extremely thin so we were able to hear our neighbors all night. Maintenance fixed the lights and gave us a fridge, but the experience overall was subpar. I had higher expectations for a resort.

The property was under construction and it is announced as a pet friendly hotel and they are not. The carpets were dirty and the drinks at the outside bar were bad- will not stay here again.

This place is in the midst of upgrades I’ll give it that. But for being the most expensive place for our roadtrip down the keys I wasn’t impressed. Charging for parking when there’s nothing else around. Wall paper peeling off the walls, water stains on the ceiling in our room. I can see this place when all remodeled charging what they did. But for now I would say it’s a bust.
