belle chambre
très bon motel, avec sa marina privée, chambre confortable et plus moderne et belle que sur les photos. située à côté de l'aéroport mais les avions ne circulent pas entre 9:00 pm et 7:30 am. Piscine, barbecue sur place, possibilité d'avoir kayak et vélos sans supplément. Seul point faible, le sol de la chambre était très sale et si l'on marchait avec des chaussettes blanches propres, elles étaient noires en 5 minutes.

the photos are misleading, For 300 USD a night you expect a nice place, that your bed will be made or that breakfast will be available even if you have to pay separately. The hotel has no charm.

Room 501 - Canal side. Clean and comfortable property. While the building I was in is dated, the room was very clean, good size and the bed was comfortable. A rarity in US hotels, the air conditioner was actually quiet and worked perfectly. The only not great thing was the door to the outside - did not fit the frame well resulting in the deadbolt not working and the main door lock is a simple door knob with a push in lock. I never felt unsafe though. The property has a nice pool area and BBQ facilities next to it but it was so hot and no wind during my visit I did not use the amenities. The property is next to the airport but I only heard planes a few times and briefly. The noise from the boat dock area, next to my room, was worse as it was very early 0630-0700 but only a couple of times, not a big deal. I will definitely considering staying here again.

Really upsetting that I upgraded my reservations to a room with two beds and Expedia, fail to communicate with the hotel when we. Arrived we got a one bed for four adults. I call to complain and the customer service stated I will be receiving $ 100 key cash for the inconvenience right away and we have not received it. To add to our frustration lack of communication of the hotel they gave us a key for a room with two beds and when we open the room it was already in use. I always use Expedia but right now they are not keeping up to what they said they will do. Very disappointed

The room we stayed in is in a new building. Everything was beautiful and comfortable. The only issue was with the hot water in the shower. We were lucky to get 5 minutes at a time, and we had to wait 20-30 minutes for more.

Check in wasn’t until 4:00. We arrived early and were told they would call when our room was ready. They never called but when we went back at 3:30 the room was ready and all our paperwork was printed and ready. We also noticed bugs in the bathroom and cigarette butts all around our outside patio. On the good side the bed was comfortable, the a/c, refrig and microwave worked. The room was overall clean.

Stayed here for a few nights during my florida keys trip. The room was nice and clean and air conditioning worked well however the room was very damp and everything felt wet. Not sure if they have dehumidifier that you can borrow (i never asked) but the room definitely needed it.

It was more like a Motel than a Resort with the room too close to the road so it was loud with traffic noise all night. The office was only open for limited times and the ice machine was in the back so you couldn't help yourself. They were doing remodeling/repairs in the room next to ours and still working after 9pm when we went to bed.
