The property is in Downtown LA. It isnt the greatest neighborhood, as the homeless population os very high, but the hotel does everything that they can to make it safe for their guests. The hotel itself is awesome! Very modern. The rooms are tiny, but i knew that going in. It is perfect for a single traveler or even a couple. The bed was SUPER COMFY and the shower was to die for! It is literally around the corner from Grand Central Market, which is incredible too. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I dod not order food or go to the bar, but it is very impressive looking. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was sparkling clean, walkable to Little Tokyo, and had good restaurants in the area. Near train stations easy to transportation. Highly recommended!

The hotel was VERY clean and I loved the gym. The staff was excellent and ready to help. The only downfall was the location of the hotel and the room was VERY small and somewhat uncomfortable. The location of the hotel felt unsafe and there was absolutely nowhere to go eat!

Everything was great EXCEPT: 1) You’re in DTLA 2) Towels were very hard and scratchy. 3) No body wash (minor, but usually always there)

The hotel itself is new and clean , looks very interesting inside with a lot of cool details, but AC was not manageable through 4 days I stayed there , I got moved to the different room , but it was the same problem. Later , I found out that entire hotels AC is out of control . It was freezing , I was forced to get out of the room just to get warm . And the area is not safe at least to say .

Only stayed one night for a quick business trip, but as a solo traveler this place was perfect. Reminds me of a room on a cruise ship....very modern, well appointed and clean, just tiny. You're two blocks from Skid Row so you're gonna have to step around homeless people outside but DTLA is DTLA. If I need to be downtown again in the future I'd definitely stay here again. They don't have their own parking garage, but there are numerous parking garages nearby (found using the spot hero app) are cheaper than an overnight valet at most hotels anyway.
