We had a really good time. We liked that it was quiet but wish there was a few more shows and things to do before turning in for the night. They do have a couple 24 hour bars. The butlers were absolutely amazing but we had to wait quite a while at several restaurants for servers to come over to greet us and give us some water. They did try to “upgrade” our room to a bungalow and did not tell us. We had booked a private pool room and that is the room we wanted to stay in. They did fix the error. You can’t access the beach on the adults only side but we were able to walk down and find a nice sandy spot.

This resort blends into the environment in ways that both respect the land and maximize the luxury experience. One of the gems of this place is the salt water infinity pool at Las Rockas. There are so many things to experience that you can spend 6 days here and still leave missing a surprising amount of what the resort has to offer! It is truly a grand experience.

Girlfriend and I had a very relaxing trip. The butler service is 10/10. Cannot recommend Villa 66 enough (Bernardo and George are the best). Drinks were good but inconsistent across the resort. Lots of restaurants across all of the resorts (we couldn’t do half of them in 8 days!). Private pool was awesome, can’t recommend enough. Good access to lots of Cenotes nearby. Cenote Tortuga was awesome. Lots of different areas to relax, we never felt that we were crowded. Entertainment was great. Chic Cabaret & Bingo are 10/10. Some of the other entertainment was a little disappointing (dancers just doing their own thing). Power cuts happened quite a few times in our stay which was odd during dinner and shows! VIP Access with Expedia is great here, we received free alcohol in our room, free room credits, and consistently the best seats at dinner/shows along with champagne & rose petals pretty much everywhere we went! Lastly, we had a leak but it was resolved very quickly.
