"This is a hotel for great view of the falls. We stayed at 21st floor and got complete view of all 3 falls and the area. Watched the fireworks from the comfort of our room. Didn’t find the service great though as they forgot to provide us the WiFi code and charged for it at checkout, which is bizarre after paying such a high price for the room. Valet got hold of the wrong bag etc."

"Very nice hotel off the falls. One suggestion is that the roof top pool should have a time slot for adults only. Another suggestion is to improve the food at the Massimos Italian restaurant. It was not very good, especially for the price."

"Very close to the downtown and entertainment district. Easy to walk around. Helpful staff. Very clean and nice room. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I highly recommend it. "

"I started a work trip here for 2 nights & I chose it for proximity to Union. Check in was fine - I arrived at 2am but called ahead so they would know. Didn’t have time to thoroughly check my room over after such a long journey. But I assumed it was the Fairmont so why would there be issues. The morning shower I was greeted with a bathtub and enough black man hairs to make me unhappy. I snapped some photos and did my best to clean the tub with shower gel.
