"This is a hotel for great view of the falls. We stayed at 21st floor and got complete view of all 3 falls and the area. Watched the fireworks from the comfort of our room. Didn’t find the service great though as they forgot to provide us the WiFi code and charged for it at checkout, which is bizarre after paying such a high price for the room. Valet got hold of the wrong bag etc."

"Staff excellent and very helpful. Great location and the view from my room was amazing. On the down side, room a bit dated and windows definitely need a clean. Trying to figure out why there was tape residue on the ceiling. 🤔 "

"It's an old property but staff are doing a great job to keep it clean. It's a good price at this location with free breakfast and parking. Plus, we can enjoy the firework from the window of our room. "
