Had woodsy resort quality to this property. Cool eateries overlooking stream with white water, walking paths and pool make it a different a little bit natural escape.

BEWARE! hotel charges nightly 'Resort' fees ABOVE your Expedia charges even if you've already paid a 'property Fee' via your Expedia reservation/charge-hotel will charge exact same fee! When contacted, Front desk employee flippant about it & claims it is in 'welcome letter'. We received no copy of any welcome letter just told to identify make/model of car- extremely unprofessional & shady. We left room in excellent condition & left tip for housekeeping staff even tho we did not receive any housekeeping services. No towels in indoor pool area Friday or Saturday. Very frustrating. Motel rooms are old & run down. Outside is dated & falling apart. Toilets don't flush well, toilet paper holder fell off wall. Balcony seriously unbalanced. The strong stench of weed permeated the entire resort. Grounds outside pretty but bridge has dry rotted planks. Groundvepretty verpretty.

My room was at the end of the hall, very small and looks like it was under repairs? The a/c was noisy and there was an open hole in the wall. The bathroom was small and the curtain did not cover the area on the bathroom floor

It was a nice relaxing place. The entertainment at night was amazing. The views and scenery are amazing, and staff were very nice, Food was good, room was updated. Definitely a cool place, some things are outdated but they are updating as they can. Only thing is the pillows really sucked

Banquet staff and food service was excellent, front desk staff is not provided the opportunity to correct mistakes. Management is cheap and does not make repairs to rooms and physical plant operations. They sell rooms that should be out of order
