"Room was spacious and clean, new furniture! Very nice lobby. Parked at California parking which was right across the street. I would stay here again."
"Brilliantly located hotel, large room with a proper desk and very comfortable bed. Kitchenette was excellent with a Coffee machine plus coffee, microwave, fridge cleaning equipment. Brilliant bathroom with space for your stuff, with a proper mirror a vanity mirror. Stayed on the ninth floor and it was nice and quiet but as our heating was broken, it was bloody freezing. We had access to the Club lounge on the top floor and it was absolutely fantastic.

"Very aesthetic hotel with a lot of interesting art in the communal area. Very easy to access from the Airport on the BARTs and to get around SF on the cable cars and streetcars. Staff were helpful and there were great touches like the free coffee/water points and free bike rental (although note there are only two bikes and one scooter). The Cavelier bar is lovely. "

"There was poop on the sidewalk outside the property. There were only 2 people at the front desk checking in guests. The man that checked us in was so helpful and friendly I didn’t get his name but he was helpful in getting us a room more of our liking as we had initially requested a room above the 35th floor and the one that was reserved for us was the 26th floor which would have been miserable. He checked the system and was able to put us on the 37th floor!!! We stay here often"

"Loved the location, and quality/cleanliness. Friendly staff. Old building with a lot of charm but still modern. Great price! Will definitely stay there again."
