"The people that were staying there viewing time shares were very loud, obnoxious, and rude. They took over the pools and swim up bars. Very disruptive. "This “resort” is run down. The staff does the best with what they are given. They try. There were days with no power, no water and some restaurants weren’t open. Small gnats come up out of the sink every night/morning. House keeping didn’t come every day. Booking excursions were a good escape (sadly) I did hear that the resort will be closing soon. It should and make room for the new, bigger and better place. The place is falling apart. "
