"We had a great stay. Cheryl was very communicative and very easy to deal with. This house sits right on the bay and is just stunning to wake up to the sunrise every day. The rooms all have cold AC and the showers were always hot. It is truly amazing when you first roll into the private gates and just take the view in. Samuel takes care of the property and any requests or needs you may have. He speaks good English too and is great to work with. Maricela kept our place tidies up every single day....

"We had such a lovely week long stay at Villa Pescadores. It feels like a little slice of paradise and our room was a small but great amount of space for two people. The food at the beach club is delicious and the receptions staff are so attentive and quick to respond to any sort of question we had. The only thing that would make this place above and beyond is if the pool were a little bigger, it is very small, but with the beach right there it really didn't bother us too much at all. "

Our room, a king ocean view with a small pool ( I think all the rooms have their own pool) was just beautiful!!! Staff was awesome! "My favorite hotel in all of Tulum. Habitas is a refreshing retreat from reality. The pool is incredible, the music is always on point, and the restaurant is amazing. I’ve stayed in almost all of the rooms and can easily say each clamping room is perfect. The outdoor showers are my favorite. "

"Beautiful secluded property with amazing food and amenities. Most of the staff was extremely kind and attentive. I have two downsizes however that stopped me from giving 5 stars. The power went in and out and we had no A/C 2 out of 3 nights stay and even though it wasn't the resorts fault I think they could have offered something for inconvenience of having two nights of uncomfortable sleep (ie partial room refund, free menu item etc). Also some of the dinner staff just stays on their phones...
