Edwin and Erma were incredible - we were there during a storm and Edwin worked hard to keep the generators going and our power was undisputed (most of the other houses we noticed had no lights) Erma provided impeccable term down service and we enjoyed a beautiful meal cooked by our hosts right on the beach - incredible lobster and margaritas. "Absolute paradise. This is a spectacular beachfront hotel, and by far exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the beachfront rooftop room with a jacuzzi, which was a stunning room - probably the best room we've ever stayed in. The view was a dream. When it was too hot for the beach, we sat on the balcony, sipping drinks and looking out over the turquoise sea. We came to celebrate a special birthday, and when we arrived, the hotel had decorated the room and placed a chilled bottle of sparkling...

"Beautiful secluded property with amazing food and amenities. Most of the staff was extremely kind and attentive. I have two downsizes however that stopped me from giving 5 stars. The power went in and out and we had no A/C 2 out of 3 nights stay and even though it wasn't the resorts fault I think they could have offered something for inconvenience of having two nights of uncomfortable sleep (ie partial room refund, free menu item etc). Also some of the dinner staff just stays on their phones...
