Loved having a kitchenette, 2 tvs, great coffee in the morning...they have a Lavazza espresso machine with the continental breakfast. About a half hour walk to Dundas square. Couple of maintenence issues, window hard to open and close, and the bedroom fan was very noisy. The floors weren't very clean but the rest of the room was clean. Overall a good stay

I’d rate the suite 4 stars as it was clean and spacious. The housekeeping was a 1. After our first night only 2 clean towels were replaced (for 3 adults) and no toilet paper. After our second night (we stayed 3 nights) we returned late in the day to find no housekeeping at all. Both times we went to the front desk and were provided with what was necessary, but not what I was expecting when booking an expensive suite.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great but the temperature didn’t get hot and the pipes made a lot noise. The kitchen was very nice, the appliances worked well. However, it could have been a little better stocked for people who want to cook. The frying pan was very small and the kitchen utensils set was missing a spatula. But all-in-all a good stay.

For the price we paid the room was not that nice. I would have expected 2 bathrooms, pool and the continental breakfast selection was very limited and by 9:am everything was gone. Would not rent there again.
