The only good part about this property was the staff at the front desk. Overall, the property was clean but completely outdated. In my room and the bathroom, I noticed repairs that looked as if they were done by a cheap handyman. There was no finishing at all, and the job was of poor quality and rough.
I have been travelling since 1995 and have never stayed in a hotel room without a closet. I had to keep my clothes either in a suitcase or on a table, and there was no place to hang them. The shower had no place to put soap or shampoo. I had to keep them on the floor. The tissue roll was kept on top of the flash tank as there was no fixture for that.
When I entered the room on my first day, I noticed the temperature on the air conditioning unit was 24 C. I thought it would improve after a while. Unfortunately, it started getting worse; by 9:30 pm, it was 27 C. I called the front desk, and she sent someone to fix it. The technician came but couldn't fix it.
I called the front desk again, and she offered me a fan. I even accepted a fan and said yeah, as long as I can sleep well. I was tired and didn't sleep the night before because of travelling. She told me she will call back soon. It was 10:10 pm.
Well, it's been six days, and I'm still waiting for her call. Yes, I checked out after two days and didn't bother to remind them. The second night, the temperature was approximately 24 C.
I will never stay in this hotel again. Sorry.
