"The condo was very well decorated and conveniently located to our family; however, heating/air conditioning fans outside bedroom window we’re running constantly and were very loud. We could also hear people upstairs who kept late night hours and woke us up. The unit could use an extra pair of sheets, additional silverware and kitchen dishes, utensils, etc."

"Overall very poor and did not meet VRBO standards. We enjoyed Summerlin and the HOA operations. The owner did not list the property deficiencies that she was well aware of. We communicated our concerns to the owner directly and they were ignored. VRBO can check our email chain for our concerns expressed to the owner and her answers or lack thereof. We believe that we were over charged and we are owning for the inconveniences for not being able to make much use of the kitchen until we went...

"I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I will definitely recommend this property. I had a couple issues. The toilets were NOT clean.The floors and linen was covered in long black hair. I needed to reclean everything. That is a housekeeper issue. I've been in the cleaning business over 20yrs. BUT, That doesn't take away from the house. It was very comfortable and conveniently located. We had a geat time with family for my son's graduation. Thank you 😊"
