the place is clean and very beautiful but what was horrible is that the elevator was broken for 3 days out of 4 that we stayed and it was extremely inconvenient because you have to walk so much amd no signs on where to detour. traveling with a handicapp person also didnt help that the elevator was broken. so much money that is being charged but cant fix the elevator in a decent time frame

I loved the accessibility of the hotel to the beach, the cleanliness of the facilities & rooms, and my view of the rainforest. However beautiful the resort was in the general areas, the self parking was small and inconvenient after 5pm. Elevators are very slow, you are better off with the stairs; that is if you don’t get lost. 5 days here and it was still pretty confusing to get around. I felt like the entire resort lacked a true Puerto Rican ambiance, from the food to the music it was just missing what I hoped to find at the best resort on the island. Also, be mindful this is not an all inclusive resort, you will be charged for everything but the sun. Some fees even seem bogus in my opinion. So do your due diligence, it’s nice for anyone wanting to get out the states but not really leave America. This place does not represent the true beauty and culture that Puerto Rico has to offer.

Exceptional Service and Unforgettable Experience! It was a pleasure staying at this hotel. I must say it was an experience to remember! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The warm welcome at check-in set the tone for what was to be an incredible short vacation. The resort itself is stunning, with beautifully maintained grounds and luxurious amenities. Our room was immaculate and well-appointed, offering breathtaking views and all the comforts we could ask for. Housekeeping did an outstanding job every day, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail. What truly sets this resort apart, however, is the exceptional service provided by every member of the staff. Whether it was the friendly and knowledgeable concierge who offered fantastic recommendations for local attractions, or the attentive restaurant staff who made dining a delight, everyone contributed to making out stay extraordinary. In addition to the wonderful service, the resort offers a variety of activities and amenities that cater to all interests. From the serene poolside lounges to the vibrant evening live music, and casino, there was never a dull moment, and created a memorable stay.

The property is old. The restaurants are pretty good. But overall its an old property. It smells of mildew. The rooms are very dated. However, the outside grounds look very nice. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

Absolutely amazing resort. The most friendliest staff I've encountered. Every single person was lovely. The 5oclock bar was one of my favorite spots. The staff were so sweet, fun, accommodating, and very friendly. Jet Ski rentals are available on the beach along with access to chairs and umbrellas. The water is gorgeous. The hotel is conveniently located on the beach, has several pools, bars and restaurants to choose from. Roots has a great breakfast buffet and again, the most delightful staff and customer service I've ever experienced. The casino was there as well so my mom enjoyed herself there. There were shuttles and taxis available for transportation. A guest also told us they have Enterprise on site if you want to rent a car. The hotel also offered free activities to do during our stay like bingo, trivia, feeding iguanas, and s'mores around the firepit. Overall, I highly recommend this resort. Do come prepared to spend money when staying at this resort. Along with resort fees, they charge a $150 a day liability fee if you break or steal anything. This resort is seriously too notch in customer service. Book your trip here!
