"We love that the room was clean and surprisingly there was not a lot of noise so we were able to sleep deep. They gave us a key to enter the building which was helpful. It was convenient for us because we were able to walk to get breakfast at different places. There is no parking available but overall we love staying here. I love that there was free coffee."

"I was not expecting an email 24 hrs before check in telling me that there was no front office staff (they call it contact-less check in) to let us in the building. After waiting outside for 15 minutes trying phone numbers (2nd one worked) I got a code for the front door. Once we got in, I had to download an app and create an account for the app to get my bluetooth key to get in. Not exactly the most convenient, unless all hotels do this and you are prepared. "Situated in an area where one would expect to pay more, within walking distance to Chinatown and Union Square. A few, minor improvements are needed: poor heating, blinds don’t block enough sunlight, sleeper sofa is extremely small, and both the sofa and bed could be more comfortable. Biggest downfall are no hot water (tepid at best), loud outdoor traffic. On the plus side, management replies quickly and rooms are clean"

"Room had refrigerator and microwave. Bed was clean and comfortable. For the price range this is a good deal. The room in the 50 to 60 dollar price range is hard to beat. Most all california motels are more expensive. Recommend this for a budget minded solo traveler. Just be safe with the neighborhood. It is a bad neighborhood full of drugs and homelessness. "

"As much as I hate leaving a negative review, I feel I have to. The listing makes the rooms look clean, but they’re disgusting and ours had a window leading to a ledge right outside the window that anyone could have come onto and broken in. No hot water, even after running it for five minutes. No Wi-Fi. Rude manager."

"The apartment is very nice and clean with lots of storage and closet space. It is charming and unique. Although we didn’t spend any time in the outdoor area, it was nice to look at from the room. We easily got on the street parking across from the rental, which was a big plus. The surrounding blocks don’t offer much in the way of shops or restaurants or coffee places, but Uber is readily available."

"First let me say, we had a great time at this property. This is a small house in the city. Great location. We could walk to restaurants and play pickleball at the playground next store. It had three good size bedrooms, with super comfy beds. Only one real bathroom and shower, as the second bathroom was tiny and only had a toilet. "The place was nice and clean. I was expecting my security deposit back and I did not receive it cause I was charged for some towels and bed sheet that was stained $225 dollars not fair! Even tho we fixed the broken handle on the stove and our door went bad since the fridge didn't keep our food cold enough. I did not want to complain cause I really they wasn't gonna play me with my deposit but that was very unfair all of that comes off in the wash I'm sure "
