Was excited to try a new IHG property, however upon arrival experienced a horrendously long check in process that almost resulted in two charges. I asked what amenities were provided for our room of choice and we were assured that a refrigerator would be in the room. Upon arrival to the room, there was no refrigerator. Which we thought was no big deal but decided to contact the front desk to have the refrigerator placed into the room, we were told that it would be placed that afternoon. Then upon returning to the room that evening, there was still no refrigerator. The following morning we stopped by the front desk on the way out and questioned what was going on, and they stated that our room did not have a refrigerator included, which would have been not a problem if informed at the outset of us asking when checking in. To make matters worse, our room had hotel gifted toiletries (Cotton Balls, Q-Tips) in which the cotton ball had a blood stain. Would not stay here again. The only positive is that location to Petco Park.

We had a great experience. Valet was included in the reservation. It was a 2 minute walk to 7 Eleven for some snacks. It was a 4 minute walk to Petco Park for a concert. It was a 8 minute walk to our dinner reservation. The hotel provided 2 waters, unlimited coffee, and credit for snacks that was included in the reservation.

Clean hotel loby and restaurant options. Very close to Popular areas in downtown. The appliances in the restroom were scaled over and hadn’t looked clean. They should list on their page that there is no option for self-park, as well as alerting customers ahead of time about the wait-time for valet. At time of checkout the wait-time was 45min. I learned after my cancellation time frame of a DAILY service charge on top of the room fee. This should be noted on their page. They claimed I’d get a discount for dining at the restaurants, but my receipts never stated that I did. For a quick stay (if budgeting is not a matter of concern) this is fine, 5/10

We stayed the weekend for my wifes birthday and to attend Padres game Friday & Saturday night. The staff was extremely friendly and informative. Rooms were great and location was perfect as we only had 1 block to stadium. This is where we will continue to stay when attending Padres games.

Great hotel, excellent service
Stayed 4 nights for business, hotel is walking distance to Convention Center (about 15 minutes walk). Arrived at 10:30am, official check-in is 4pm, but they gave me a room early, without charge. Breakfast at the 509 restaurant was very good with very nice service by Sergio. Gym is open 24/7. Room is comfortable and clean, and general service is fast and efficient.

Wow, clean is a thing for these folks, however, amenities are seriously lacking for the room rate. Wifi is unsecured, TV's are not SMART and food availability is lacking. I absolutely commend Front Desk Staff. Be mindful of the "amenities charge" of $25+tax per day - feels like a scam. This is NOT a RESORT type of spot!

The hotel and our room were great! We had a nice view of city and could see the stadium and water. It was spacious. Customer service at front desk and restaurant were excellent! Shout out to Harmony who checked us in and was fabulous!! Only thing I would say is walls are thin and you can hear everything from rooms next door. Overall we were very happy and would stay again.

Hotel Indigo good but could be better!
The rooms are cleaned and spacious but the walls are thin. Customer service is great but could be better if they provided other options for parking versus valet. I don't know about you but $59 dollars a night for parking is crazy. When you could park on 6th and K or 7th and Market garage parking etc...for $15 dollars for the entire day. Just my two scents!

Tuesday night the restaurant had a disruptive person that caused issues that the staff and management handle with high level of professionalism and it ended with person leaving the property.
