The property was very close to the train station and metro, making it very convenient to get around. The breakfast was nice and the room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the noisy neighbours, the doors don’t provide much sounds insulation and anyone making noise in the hall sounds like they are in your room. Besides that our stay would have been perfect, would stay again and hope for better neighbours next time.

Staffs are friendly and approachable. We received complimentary breakfast and they are presentable . Air conditioning very efficient. The room and its bathroom are small and very limited space for luggage and personal items with limited amenity. Only toilet paper , but no tissue paper . Convenient location

Room was nice had refrigerator and elevator. Bed not super comfortable, but ok. We walked to dinner multiple times we felt like we were safe, however our taxi driver said to be careful after dark.

The hotel room was very clean, basic supplies, room is kind of small, but for a one night stay was ok. Staff was very helpful. It is about few minutes walk from Rome train station.

We loved the hotel, we had a family room and my parents also came with us and had a double room. Our rooms were lovely, spacious and comfortable. Perfect amount of towels, toiletries and they swapped the hairdryer no problem. The staff from reception, cleaners and waiting staff were amazing, we couldn’t fault them, they recognised you for breakfast already knowing how many we needed for breakfast and organised the table to accommodate. Food was lovely and coffee was great. Everyone was always happy to help with a smiling attitude and even just a warm presence when seeing them around the hotel. Great shop at the end of road 1minute walk and amazing restaurant across the road. 5min walk from Termini station. We highly recommend this hotel and when we come back won’t hesitate to stay again. Thank you to your team for an enjoyable stay.
