"This is a really special hotel. It’s beautiful and the service is excellent. I stayed with my husband, three year old son, and my parents and everyone loved it. The pool is really lovely and peaceful, and the whole experience feels like a real respite from the exciting chaos of the city. "Overall a great experience! This was our 2nd stay & it did not disappoint. The staff & service were all 5 star. We were even given an upgrade to the view of the Angel of Independence. Staying here definitely was a great way to end our trip in the most relaxing way. Worth every penny! My only compliant would be that the pool titles around the edge of the pool were broken off & the buttons for the jets & water fountain didn't work - other than that the hotel is in great condition "
