"Wonderful little place to stay! Would recommend for those not looking for something to fancy. Many taco stands right by as well as restaurants and bars. Gates get locked at night so very safe amd pretty quiet. Wonderful helpful staff! Warm water and a decent breakfast was included. :)"

"Very nice stay , 3rd floor walk-up. Got city view , with a patio on the floor that you can view the sea about a mile(ish?). Self check in was seamless, instructions very clear, Very modern clean, comfortable, with all promised amenities in working order. Not your party part of town , more residential, upper middle class neighborhood? Would highly recommend as a stop on your last day or two of a trip, wind down in comfort or would work for long term as a good home base."

Loved the area although it was a long walk to the main beach area of 5th (30 minutes). There was a closer beach and shopping along 5th about a 15 minute walk. "Overall I would recommend staying at this property. The host was very easy to work with and responded to everything promptly. Getting into the property was easy and just as host described. The property is nice with a nice pool and beach. One benefit of this property is it was very quiet. Most resorts have loud music playing all the time, so it was nice to stay somewhere quiet.
