"My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt Ziva for our 20 year anniversary and had a wonderful experience! The staff was always friendly and attentive, and the drinks were awesome! The food options at the restaurants were mostly very good, although we wouldn't recommend the sashimi at the Asian restaurant. We loved being both in the jungle and at the beach. Would definitely recommend!"

"Probably the best option for all inclusive hotel at a great price! This resort has a good location, yes it may appear older as mentioned in other reviews however, it is very clean and honestly has all you need. The pools are nice as is the mini water park. The buffet is average, but the specialty restaurants are great, the staff at the Mexican restaurant were superb. I've been here on three occasions and the staff is always great. But the person who always stands out to me is Pedro at the pool who kindly made sure we had food and drinks at all times, also providing us shade and tables when possible, those details win us over! I can wait to go back to this resort! "
