"Outstanding family friendly resort. Super friendly staff and excellent kids club and offerings. Beautiful pools, the only drawback is that the beach is not as nice as in other places on Riviera Maya. The beach/port town of Puerto Morelos is bikeable (resort offers free daily bike tours) and is cute, quaint and full of souvenir, dining and water activity vendors."

"We have stayed at two of the properties at this resort. Family of 4 two teenagers. The property provides plenty of options for the entire family. The Ventus Ha tends to be the quieter of the three properties on site, which is great for us. However the option of dining and using facilities at the other properties is great to provide plenty of AI options. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and modern. Food is top notch. Thanks again to the el cid team for a relaxing few days."
