Resort not worth VIP status. Sheets weren’t changed, a/c was not working, was 82°F in the room. Manager was ignorent to help resolve any issues, and didn’t even want to speak to us at one point. Would definitely not recommend anyone to come here.

This property was great for the family, however, room service wasn't an option. We did have a great staff member from the "exclusive" team named Allen who was extremely helpful, especially when the kids weren't feeling well!

The food was delicious and the staff was nice! The only thing that sucked was that our room never got cooler than 78 degrees!!! The AC wasn’t working properly! Maintenance came and “fixed” it… still no AC. Overall I would return it was a cheap nice place
