The only draw back, the stairs from the parking spot to access the apt is a steep winding staircase so if you have any ambulatory issues you would have a problem. The front entrance has stairs but are not bad. We had a young person with us who carried our bags up but I would suggest you use the front entrance to load and unload your stuff. Everything was spotless (aside from graffiti on outside wall door, which I’m sure is almost impossible to keep off); the bathrooms were very nice; the kitchen was extremely well-stocked with dishes and silverware. "The apartment was well located, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The only problem was that the water temperature in the shower in the back bedroom was very hard to regulate. It came out scalding and stayed that way no matter what we did with the lever. But otherwise the place was great and I would recommend it."

"Great 1st trip w/ family in Montreal, for 4 nights. Listing and options for parking as described. Apartment is close to everything: restaurants, local donut shop (highly recommend; down the block), metro, thrift shops, etc. Really loved the 4 bathrooms, each with multiple jet settings! A spa perk. Kitchen had sugar+salt+condiments and caffeine options in addition to all the kitchenware you'd need to make a meal in the apt if desired. Would definitely VRBO here again!"

"Beautiful, Clean, Quiet, and Great Location. We also loved the back deck! Be aware, there are a few stairs to the door and then a longer staircase inside to this top level flat. This is a great apartment but would not be accessible to anyone unable to negotiate a steep staircase."

"The property is beautifully appointed on the inside, and separate bedroom/ bathrooms for the 4 of us was perfect! The location was within easy walking distance of the metro, boulangerie, and several restaurants and cafes. The instructions for WiFi, locks, checkout were easy to follow and the instructional binder was very helpful. Highly recommend and would happily stay there again!"
