"The room is great - spacious and a comfortable bed and a balcony with a nice view over the city. Nice cosy bathroom, but the lighting needs attention as there’s not enough light in the bathroom. I was almost showering in the dark. Breakfast is included which is rare in Canada, but the choices are limited. Also the hot food is made in a huge amount before service starts, which is ok at the start, but after 2 hours the scrambled eggs look nothing like eggs and are tasteless. At least it was...

The staff are on drugs, unstable, and constantly change their “ policy”stay away from this type of customer services. Still never got my refund...
