The view from our room was as advertised amazing... Great staff and free breakfast and drink tickets was a awesome plus. Pool was updated and clean. Only negative this building has a major flaw 10-15min wait for an elevator down. It was very annoying.

The elevator situation, waiting and waiting is a bit of an inconvenience but, you’re on holiday, slow down a bit, upgraded to a Fallsview, well worth it.

Maley front counter girl was really helpful. Very good service . Breakfast was the good part . Anyway they charge for parking if they add in hotel booking that will be easy .
