"Absolutely wonderful! I’ve been to many cities and this hotel was not only beautiful but the staff were top notch. They knew their stuff and were so helpful. I walked in late after a long day sight seeing and asked if there were ice. A gentleman got up to help me and took me to the ice machine and helped me. Our room was the cleanest I’ve ever seen a hotel room. It was comfortable and had everything we could need. Very up to date. Close to whatever you need. Food, shopping, venues,...

"Nicely located but already aging property "

"Everything was good. The only thing I didn’t like was the wifi connection. Never really figured oit how to connect to it. It was hit and miss when it got connected. Also, couldn’t figure out how to use the TV. Other than that everything was good!"

"Room layout was a little bit funky (TV to the side of the bed), and light switches that weren't exactly intuitive in what was happening. The Hyatt also has a weird $15/day charge to spend at their market for overpriced items (small bottle of water is $6) that if goes unused you're still charged for, so just factor that into your costs but overall great price for the location and cleanliness."
