The property was in a very crowded area. There is ample parking in the property itself but the area outside is very congested. The property was not that clean. The mats in the lifts were a stained. The pool was not operational when we went in April Mid and area around the pool was closed as well. There is no room service and the restaurant is not working as well. We called the hotel in advance of our booking to know if restaurant was operational and breakfast would be included in the booking. The hotel staff confirmed that the restaurant was operational and breakfast is included thus, we made our booking. However, when we arrived the staff told us the restaurant is closed since COVID and breakfast is not included. We didn't feel it was fair to us. We could had easily found any other place in the same price which would had also given us breakfast.
