"Great for families! Love the kitchen as part of the room. We comfortably had 2 adults and 2 kids stay in the loft 1 bedroom with pullout couch. Restaurant on site was phenomenal (thought pricey). Great location. Close to Bell Centre (which is why we chose it) and shopping. Parking was tricky when we initially arrived but it’s valet once you get into the front parking area. "

"What an incredible hotel! We got the Crystal Suite and it was one of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in. Staff was amazing, location is fabulous, we will absolutely book this hotel again!"

"Would have rated this 5star but for the situation directly above a very busy restaurant - where we ate and it was good - but the noise in our room on Saturday night was pretty deafening. Not a choice for those who want quiet! "

"Generally everything was great. Check-in was mildly challenging as the keys didn’t work and it took longer than usual, but the gentleman was in training, and that’s just life. Only real complaint, and it’s a strange one, we opened the night table door between the two beds in room 1208, and someone had clipped their toenails and left them all inside for us to find. Cleaning staff must have missed it."

"The staffs are easy to talk to, very professional and they show kindness and concern on their guest . The only thing I don't like is outdated carpet and smell of it! The room needs to be more appealing in terms of the smell of the room, the kitchen and bathroom. "

"Property was conveniently located, clean and comfortable. We mistakenly booked 4 rooms for 3 nights (meant to book 3 days and 2 nights) and property would not refund us or credit us anything for the 3rd night even though we left 1 day early. That was extremely disappointing as it was quite a bit of money down the drain."
